Zone B : 7 - 14 days (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom & United States)

All the order will be shipped by International Air Mail Small Parcel, with register mail services and required signature by the recipient.

Customs and Duties Charges:

Project Mini World cannot control any duties or shipping charges incurred when a shipment is sent to customers in receiving countries. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is declined for delivery and/or returned to us in resellable condition, it will be applicable for a refund minus shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item from Project Miniworld, we'll be happy to exchange it for a new one. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and details about the issue with the item. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
